Ghislain Lalonde rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

FBS, JS92(3)

John Szabo, MS

A consistently fine and concentrated example of Bierzo from one of the region's top producers, with considerable complexity and depth for the money. The '15 is particularly deep and generously proportioned (14% alcohol declared), with excellent length. This is mencia to a tee, blended from dozens of parcels throughout the appellation. Tasted June 2017. Value Rating: ***
Jane Staples rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Dark garnet with a fruity nose of ripe cherries. The 2015 palate shows ripe cherries, vanilla, tobacco, dried herbs and touch of smoke. Extra-dry and slightly tannic with dried herbal finish. Enjoy with grilled lamb chops garnished with rosemary.
Tasted June 2017

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
