Well-balanced medium bodied Niagara Baco. Prominent dark plum, anise, blueberry, savoury. Chewy mouthfeel. Pair with balsamic drizzled baked chicken, or spicy ratatouille. Tasted 2016 vintage in July 2017. 91 points. BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Blueberry and spice and everything nice! Big juicy blueberry, black plum, cassis, allspice and anise flavours shine through in this Baco. A delicious, balanced, well-crafted hybrid red by the Speck Brothers. Enjoy with pork tenderloin roast. Tasted July 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
