Quite dry, medium-bodied and fresh, zesty lime, chalky with a hint of a candied note. Very nice patio sipper or great with mediterranean-style fish dishes, of course!

Fresh lemon/lime on the nose and palate, with a refreshing mouth feel and a crisp citrus finish.
Tasted April 2017.

Zesty lime, white peach, medium body, bright acidity.
Tasted April 25, 2017.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Zippy and zesty lime zest with a hint of unripened green melon on the palate. Bright and crisp. 12% declared ABV. Tasted tank sample of 2016 vintage in April 2017. Aromatics developing. Great with a seasonal grilled fish steak. Easily enjoyable on it's own. Medium body. Complex saline minerality and mouthwatering Acidity. Great value. 90 points
