Medium gold colour with intricate aromas consisting of yellow apples, ripe pears, peaches and delicate herbs. Flavours evolve into rich yellow plums, pineapple, yellow delicious apple and delightful caramel vanilla cookies. Medium acidity, body and finish with lightly buttered toast on the finish. Dry, creamy and clean. Organic and biodynamic, Delicious Chardonnay. Impressive, well done Southbrook! @Southbrookwine #ontariowine #Chardonnay

Organic grapes went into the making of this Niagara Chardonnay - aromas of lemon, peach and grapefruit with flavors of lingering lemon, apple, stone fruit and spice. Well balanced with subtle hints of oak on the finish.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A gentle growing season allowed for these chardonnay grapes from four different organic growers to ferment naturally. Barrel-aged in older oak, this wine definitely has some citrus and tropical fruit, subtle oak essences and a spicy finish.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Organically grown grapes for this lightly oaked Chardonnay. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit pith, silky mouthfeel with crisp apple acidity and subtle oak spice; hint of green on the finish. Lovely with seared scallops.

A silky addition to the organic Chardonnay family. Peach and lemon zest on the nose with flavours of light oak, apple, citrus and butter on the palate. Would pair nicely with grilled shrimp shish kabobs. Tasted March 2017.
