Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This beautiful deep pink Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc blend produces a wine that has pleasant aromas and flavours of apple blossom, cherry and strawberry. Being organic and biodynamic is a pleasant bonus. It's dryness makes it a great match for seafood. Tasted March 2017.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Vibrant colour of pink. Acidity dancing on the palette. Medium-bodied, dry with a hint of sweetness.

In my view, this isn't a sipping rosé and is best enjoyed with food. Think seafood or a dessert.

I adore this winery and what they stand for. Was my favourite winery in Niagara!

Philippe Perreault rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

It's a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Clear salmon rose color with notes of apple, strawberry and raspberry.
This wine is rich, light bodied and fresh.

Try it with seafood.
Serve it at 12-13 degrees.
Enjoyable now.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Wild yeast fermented blend of 50% Cab Franc, 50% Cab Sauvignon, bone dry and declared 11.5% ABV. Fruity ripe field berries, blood orange aromatics and on the palate. Would pair well with fish cakes or crab-stuffed baked salmon with a citrus drizzle. Balanced with vibrant acidity. Fresh, tart and ready to enjoy. Tasted March 2017. 90 points.
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A vibrant dry rosé with dominant notes of tart cherry, rhubarb nd wild strawberries. It's light and dry with juicy puckering acidity. Enjoy with fish cakes. Tasted Mar 2017 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

Natalie's Review

Southbrook Vineyards Estate Grown Small Lot Cabernet Rosé 2016, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A lovely, light-bodied Niagara rosé that is both organic and biodynamic. This dry rose is co-fermented with wild yeast from the winery's estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. Aromas of wild strawberry and cranberry. Racy acidity. Pair with planked salmon. Drink: 2016-2018. 499251 11.50% D 750 mL  $29.95 Score: 90/100. June 17, 2017 Top Rated Rosé Wine. Splendid Salad Wine  Full Review
