Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A beautiful example of Cabernet Franc from Niagara - the cool climate backdrop really sets the tone to deliver outstanding finished products. This wine is well rounded and exceptionally well balanced. The palate is rich with flavors of cherry, blueberry, and strawberry with a hint of violet and a smoky spice that lingers - it is organically certified. Very well done!
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Bouquet of chocolate, notes of cherry.

This is a safe wine that you could serve to a wide variety of red wine drinkers (pinot noir to full cabs). I wouldn't drink on its on and would pair with pork roast, BBQed ribs, planked salmon.

Black cherry, herbs, plum skin, red raspberry, and oolong tea. 90 points (www.ottawawinejournal.com)
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Deep purple, with aromas of plums, graphite, and smoke. The flavour is juicy plums and blueberry. The finish is medium plum and tart cherry. Just a touch of tannins. Pair with braised pork.
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Medium body, plum dominate with a short spicy finish
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

One of a kind Niagara Cab Fr right here! Fleshy black plum, graphite minerality, savoury notes and spice. The palate boasts a satiny mouthfeel with scrumptious acidity and a long pomegranate finish. Enjoy this mouthwatering Cab Fr with pull pork sliders. Tasted Mar 2017 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Densely concentrated cool climate Cab Franc from Ontario's Niagara on the Lake. Ripe field blueberry with tart rhubarb on the palate. Well balanced. 12.5% ABV. Juicy dark fruit with mouthwatering acidity. Pairs well with gourmet BBQ bison burgers with blue cheese or savoury saucy chicken wings. Tasted March 2017. 90 points. Yummy!

Natalie's Review

Southbrook Vineyards Triomphe Cabernet Franc 2015, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: This youthful, robust Niagara red wine is already showing great potential! Aromas of fleshy black plums and a lick of spice on the finish. Cool-climate Cabernet Franc at its best. Give it some cellar time then decant for 1 hour and pair with rare meats.
