Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

There is a spritz in the glass and on the palate - there are delightful aromas of citrus, candied stone fruit, and a hint of pretty floral. The palate was loaded with crabapples, lime zest and not surprisingly a lingering vibrant acidity. Quite a lovely surprise especially at that price point - great value!
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This is a great little wine, especially at this price point. The robe is a yellow-green straw colour and it hides surprises. Indeed, the wine fizzes as you pour it into the glass and, while the fine bubbles dissipate rapidly, the effervescence persists in the mouth provide a fine tingle on the tongue. The wine has a sophisticated and gentle aroma of citrus pith, fresh squeezed limes, and newly baked biscotti. The palate, however, is much more assertive with a fruit-forward taste of fleshy green apples and of brisk lime juice wrapped into a supple and round mouthfeel, with a racy acidity that lasts long. This wine would make a fantastic poolside sipper and it would also pair wonderfully with ham, egg dishes, and sharp hard cheeses. Score 88. (S.Segard, Reviewed March 09, 2017)

Natalie's Review

Quinta das Arcas Arca Nova 2014, Vinho Verde D.O.C., Portugal: A zesty northern Portuguese wine from the region of Vinho Verde made from a blend of native grapes. Lime and green apple acidity provide great refreshment and demand fresh seafood or shellfish. Medium-bodied. No oak. Serve well chilled.
