Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

One of the best Ontario Pinot Noirs out there. Hidden Bench grows their grapes organically and biodynamically in three vineyards on the Beamsville Bench (my favourite wines from the Niagara appelation tend to come from this area). Earthy and bright fresh cherry, spiked with spice and cola and beetroot notes - layered and fabulous. Savour this Pinot on its own or with herb-crusted pork tenderloin with Ontario root veggies!
Heather Wall rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

There's definitely a Burgundian barnyard charm to this Niagara Pinot Noir. In fact, my first impression was maybe even a little "funky!" That soon disipates as the wine opens up. Lofty notes of dried cherry, florals, pepper, garrigue and kirsch eminate from the glass. Light and smooth with refreshing Niagara acidity. Finish with a lasting hit of warm cherry vanilla cola. Very enjoyable. Perfect pork tenderloin wine. Or planked salmon; assorted cheeses platter; lighter game meats.

Jane Staples rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

From Beamsville Bench, Ontario, a delicious PInot Noir showing ripe strawberries, blueberries, mint and a touch of funk on nose. Palate repeats with milk chocolate and vanilla flavours in a dry, silky smooth mouthfeel with soft tannins. Elegant and tasty to the last drop.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
