Straw in colour with aromas of lemon, apple and pineapple. It is sparkling , light bodied with mouth watering acidity and has flavors of crisp apples and lemon/lime citrus. This will pair well with seafood, green salads, pork or poultry and would help make a great mimosa. Tasted on August 13, 2021.

The label says it all. Sit back and "Relax" and enjoy this sparkling from Mosel, Germany. Off dry with 20 g/l of sugar, offset by some crisp acidity to balance it out. Aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit with soft persistent bubbles. Sip well chilled on a hot summer day at the beach. Even better this bubbly would make great Mimosas. Tasted June 2021.

An affordable, light and refreshing sparkler appropriately named, “Bubbles” from Schmitt Söhne’s line of Relax wines. Aromas and flavours intertwine with an abundance of apple, peach blossoms, sweet pomelo citrus and delicate light herbs. It invites one to relax, and imbibe. And, just like is stated on their info packet, “Sparkling wines aren’t just for holidays and celebrations.” It can be enjoyed anytime, and in many ways for just that. Add a splash of freshly squeezed blood orange juice for a modern mimosa. Enjoy! - tasted May 2021

A refreshing sparkling wine at a crazy affordable price. Lemon-lime and apple with a hint of nuttiness on the nose, followed by ripe pineapple and citrus flavours. Some sweetness. Soft, abundant mousse. Overall a very pleasant wine. Pair with plain potato chips to accentuate the tasting experience.

A crushable sparkler for every day, no special occasion required. Light and refreshing with soft bubbles. Fresh aromas of peach, white grapefruit, lemon zest and hints of dough led to light stone fruit, yellow pear and lime flavours infused with a touch of sweetness. This value sparkler from German producer Schmitt Söhne is food friendly from potato chips to appetizers to curries.

A fun sparkler that will be enjoyed by many guests, regardless of their wine preferences.
Aromas of pear, tropical fruit and white florals dance in the glass, with a delightful fizziness that brings out light citrus and apple flavours on the palate.
A perfect pour to greet guests, or as a palate cleanser between courses.

Oh so refreshing, the Relax Bubble, made by the Schmitt Söhne family winery in Germany, offers fresh aromas of pineapple, yellow apple, saline and crushed almond. Light and zippy, this sparkling wine is perfect for any celebration or on a hot summer day. Palate: pear, orange zest, ginger and lime. Enjoy.
