Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This wine is dynamic and hugely tactile. There's a chalky mineral that wraps around a solid core of strawberry coulis, red and black briar, spice, sous-bois, fresh leather, and dried prune. Pair with anything beef, but keep away from char as it will clash with the wine's tannin. 91 Points.
Ghislain Lalonde rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A solid, satisfying southern French red from the reliable house of Gérard Bertrand here, with light but firm tannins, balanced acids and very good length. This delivers all one could hope for in the style and price category - prepare your roasts and stews, inflected with wild Mediterranean herbs. Tasted December 2016.Value Rating: ***
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Black cherry, vanilla and leather on the nose, leading to raspberry, red apple, plum, cedar, and herbs on the palate.
It's full bodied with slightly grippy tannins, but it's the acidity that causes your mouth to water even after the wine has left it that makes you keep coming back to your glass. This is a very food-friendly wine that would pair well with red meat dishes.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

First impression is wow, a burst of dried fruit, figs and almost over-ripe strawberry. Ruby red, declared 14% ABV. Alcohol is integrating. I enjoyed this wine on it's own. Would pair well with a cheese platter and cured meats or with a thin crust black olive, goats cheese and cured ham pizza. Tasted Jan 2017. rated 89/100. BespokeTastings.ca
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

I love this blend. Lots of ripe red berry, smoke, cedar, spice and currant on the nose. Medium + body, nicely balanced, smooth, fruit and savory notes mingle nicely. Serve with braised lamb shanks and enjoy.

Gerard Bertrand Grand Terroir Tautavel Grenache Syrah Carignan 2013, CĂ´tes Du Roussillon-Villages, Midi, Languedoc A.C., France: Fleshy dark fruit, pepper and cedar forest plus on the nose of this fabulous southern French red wine. Full-bodied and fairly smooth but it will help to decant 2 hours. Terrific price for this savoury, mouth-watering red that will pair perfectly with grilled meats.
