There is nothing green about this wine. Lovely aromas and flavours of cherry, spice, and fresh herb. Well-polished and pretty dynamic stuff. 89 Points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com)

Pretty nose of ripe cherry and blueberry, touch of pepper and herb. Juicy palate of red berries, dark chocolate and mint. Very Ontario. Pairs happily with grilled or bbq'd fare.

This wine is made for pairing with food. Bright ruby red, tart mouthfeel and racy acidity. Medium finish with persistence of tart cherry. Pair with grilled lamb kebabs. Tasted Jan 2017. Rated 87/100.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Bright, with tart cherry and other berry on the nose, a bit of oak also hitting the nose, and a slightly green note (bell pepper). Lots of acidity (great for anything BBQ'd), bright and tart cherry, and a smooth mellow finish. (January 2017)
Jane Staples rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Raspberry and sour cherry aromas, with oak and mocha added on the palate. Lively acidity and great mocha finish.
Tasted Jan. 2017
