This wine is aromatic but crisp and refreshing. Stone fruit, floral and mineral aromas. A hint of grapefruit zest on the palate. Balanced acidity. I paired this wine with a crab salad.

This is a clean, crisp white on the nose and palate. An initial hint of diesel suggested more body initially. Smooth on the palate, balanced acid. Paired beautifully with creamy crab and arrancini. Tased Feb 2017

Allegrini Soave 2015, Veneto D.O.C., Italy: This crisp Italian white wine has lots of racy acidity no the palate. This Soave is made from the Garganega grape.
