Toasted marshmallow and grassy on the nose, which continues on the palette with additional tastes of royal gala apple and honeydew melon. A beautiful bottle that I would be proud to bring as a hostess gift during the holidays.

Creamy and delicate. Aromas of bread, lemon and pear. Dry, with a medium + finish. A great seafood wine Beautiful bottle, would make a great hostess gift.

Beautiful bottle. This would make a great gift. And it tastes great too! Lemon, brioche, apricot and white flower. Definitely worth a trip across the bridge to Gatineau!

Aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, and apple with a light yeasty biscuit in the background. The taste is pineapple and apricot with high acidity. Between the amazing wine and pretty bottle, this would make a great gift, specially to yourself.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

The bottle is attractive and quite eye catching. There are hints of lemon, pear on the nose - the palate gives way to roasted biscuit and poached pear - hints of red apple. Great value!
Jane Staples rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Light, fruity aromas of apple and grapefruit, with fresh croissants added on the dry palate. Fizzy fun without breaking your budget.
Tasted Nov. 2016

This bubbly is packaged in an attractive cut glass botle. Pale straw colour. Aroma of roasted sugar, apple, lemon peel, and toasted bread. Abundant foamy mouthfeel with a short, subdued finish. Score 84. (Reviewed Nov. 27, 2016)
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale straw yellow in a beautiful cut glass bottle that would make the perfect gift for your Prosecco lover friends. Green apple, citrus and a touch of honey. A leesy nose as well which was a bit unusual but a bit of research shows it was aged on the lees. Pair with some proscuitto and parmesan drizzled with honey. Tasted November 27, 2016.
Lynn van der Linde rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Toasted pear on the nose and palate, with a fine sparkle. Lovely way to start a holiday party, and the bottle design will be a conversation piece with your guests!
