A well made herbaceous style Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough. Aromas of lime, crisp apples, sun-dried hay, and hot peppers. Silky-tangy mouthfeel of lime, ripe stone fruit, and underripe pineapple, with that little bit of hot pepper which shows through again. Gentle acidity, with medium to a long limey finish. Score 90. (Reviewed Nov. 2016)

This green-yellowish Sauvignon Blanc is influenced by aromas of green apples, lemongrass and chopped herbaceous notes of bell peppers and peas. Medium-bodied, it is juicy, pure and concentrated with tangy lime, melon and peach flavors and is crisp, succulent and smooth. Tastes are wide and varied with flavors highlighted by fresh citrus, grapefruit, melon, a hint of passion fruit. Delicate grassy, leafy notes provide lift to the fruit flavors. A long and straightforward finish of melon. Good value at this price. This Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect pairing for seafood and all white meats.

A beautiful expression of this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The 2016 vintage had a solid crop on the vines, which allowed for up to 40% of the grapes to be pruned - thereby keeping only the best of the best grapes on the vines until the final harvest in April.
Lime and stone fruit aromas carry through to lemongrass and verbena on the palate, with a long fruit finish.
Wonderful with seafood or spring mix salads.

Uber tropical and aromatic! Passion fruit, guava, ripe (stewed) pineapple, mango and crisp citrus notes aromas tempt your senses. The palate is mouthwatering and nice butter medium-bodied mouthfeel, high acidity and a refreshing finish. Enjoy with chicken pesto pizza. Tasted Nov 2016 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

Light Straw and clean. Tropical and herbaceous aromas with lemon and cut grass accents. Crisp acidity and layers of citrus on the palate. Lengthy finish
This wine is great on its own for summer sipping or with ceviche.

This is a great value Sauvignon. Harvested in April the winery left the grapes on vine an extra 10 days to extract as much from the grapes as they possibly could. Clear pale straw yellow with a watery rim. Citrus aromas of lemon and limes, typical grassy herbal notes. A well balanced wine of fruit, acidity and sugar with a long crisp, mouth watering finish. Tasted November 15, 2016.

An excellent example of Marlborough, NZ Sauvignon Blanc, showing fresh herbs, lime, grapefruit and jalapeno aromatics, repeated on the palate along with gooseberries and tropical fruit. Extra-dry with lively acidity that makes it very food-friendly. The crisp citrus flavours make this a sure match with oysters or grilled calamari.

Great price for this remarkably good Sauvignon Blanc - notes of stone fruit, green apple, herbs with a luxurious, nutty-citrusy palate. Grapes were harvested later than usual and later than other wineries for full phenolic ripeness. Well done!

Lots of herbal notes on the nose, with lots of acidity and an abundance of zingy citrus and tropical fruit on the palate. The hot days and cool nights of the Awatere Valley combined with the hot days and dry wind of Wairau Valley are showcased well in this great value Sauvignon Blanc.
Terry Jeans rated this wine as

A great value Sauvignon Blanc from the Awatere and the Wairau Valleys, in the Marlborough region. It is very aromatic, with notes of lemon grass, tropical fruit, fresh herbs, and zingy acidity. This is a perfect seafood or green salad wine, that is ultra flexible because of the acidity and aromatics.
