David Skinner rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Medium straw colour. Plenty of citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. Mango and pineapple accents. Lively and medium bodied with solid acidity. This is a chardonnay made in the style of Sauvignon Blanc and successfully marries the best of both unoaked styles. A medium long finish.

A nice fit for a goat cheese and pear tart with rosemary and honey.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This wine is the second Chardonnay vintage produced by Nobilo. Vinified cold fermentation without Oak influence. Platinum blonde colour, fresh, crisp, light bodied, wet stone minerality, Thai mango and ripening pineapple. Pairs exceptionally well with prosciutto and melon skewers. Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The consensus around our table was that this is a wonderful Chardonnay that could be for those who might not typically choose a Chardonnay. Very bright and vibrant, lots of citrus and tropical notes, and an undertone of smooth, almost honey-like flavours, not from oak aging, but from lees-stirring. Very versatile, try with any number of lighter dishes, it even stood up to a creamy Panna Cotta with lemon.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The 2016 Chardonnay was treated very much like a Sauvignon Blanc at the winery - cool fermentation, no oak, no lees-stirring - resulting in a lovely, expressive, pure Chard. Fresh and tropical, zesty, clean and stylish, serve this to your ABC friends!
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

An exciting, fresh, and aromatic Chardonnay. This chard leans more towards the lighter-bodied/fruity fresh side, in style. You'll find prominent aromas of pineapple, green mango, citrus, and wildflower honey. Flavours are dominated by honey and juicy citrus acidity with milder tropical fruit notes. Enjoy this Chardonnay with butternut squash risotto. Tasted Nov 2016. @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Jane Staples rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A fresh, unoaked style of Chardonnay displaying a nose of pineapple, mango and touch of lime. The palate adds vanilla with clean fruit flavours, lively acidity and smooth mouthfeel. Well-balanced and food-friendly when you are looking for Chard characteristics without heavy oak. We enjoyed it during dessert of Panna Cotta with Lemon Confit.

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The Nobilo Regional Collection Chardonnay is crisp and "unoaked" showcasing lots of minerality, with lots of tropical citrus fruit on the palate - lime, lemon pineapple, mango, hints of vanilla, and ripe pear - lots of acidity - This was a refreshing wine - a crowd pleaser for sure!
Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is not your buttery oak Chardonnay. Instead, the vines were grown in rocky soil so it would produce less leaf, allowing the grapes to develop more tropical flavours. It was then treated like a NZ Sauvignon Blanc with no oak or leaf stirring. The result is a crisp wine bursting with pineapple and mango flavours, perfect on its own or paired with a chicken salad or pan seared scallops.
Matt Steeves rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Freshly bottled, from the fantastic 2016 vintage, this is Nobilo's second vintage of their Regional Collection Chardonnay. A crisp and clean Chardonnay that's guaranteed to be a hit with those that enjoy the uber popular Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc. The Regional Collection Chardonnay displays ripe yellow apple, pear, biscuit, camomile, and vanilla. This clean and refreshing Chardonnay would be great with charcoal grilled lemon chicken or lamb kebabs. Tasted November 2016. 88+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A great refuge from the heavily oaked Californian Chard! This honest and crisp un-oaked New Zealand Chardonnay bursts with aromas of tangerines and citrus rinds. It also shows off tons of minerality. It has a medium mouthfeel with juicy fruit and watery acidity. The citrus flavours repeat in the mouth along with the added taste of mangos and a hint of green bananas. A lovely sipping Chard. Tasted in Nov. 2016.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This medium-bodied chardonnay is a great pick for drinking on a summer's day. It is treated like sauvignon blanc in a New World style so it is clean and crisp. In the vineyard, the leafy canopy is kept small, so that the grapes get lots of sun, which enhances the tropical fruit notes inherent in the chardonnay grapes. This wine shows green apple, pear, white peach, lemon and white pepper and has lots of acidity to match most foods. Try it with seafood or pork dishes.
