From Paso Robles, California, an opaque dark garnet Cab with ripe dark berry and vanilla aromas and a palate showing dark berries, mint, herbal and vegetal touches.

This big and bold Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is packed with great flavour, big structure, and balance making it a great wine to enjoy with any BBQ masterpiece. Enjoy 2017-2022. Tasted January 2017. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Buy-by-the case value priced quality crowd pleaser. Built for patio season, sports nights, cool weather movie nights or elegant dining. Juicy red and black field berries, anise, fruit forward, well-structured with oak influence, medium tannins, medium acidity. 14.6% ABV binds well with the fruit and body to offer mouthwatering, juicy, tart and well balanced Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine paired well with braised beef, and would be a delightful accompaniment to BBQ gourmet burgers, rare steak, pizza night and stands well on its own. A crowd pleaser, offering bang for your buck, complexity and la long finish with persistence of juicy blackberry and cedar plank. Tasted decanted for 2 h - Oct 2016 - @jonsteeves rated 89/100 - bespoketastings.ca
