A champagne like wine on a paupers budget! Traditional method sparkling that ticks all the boxes. I’m always on the lookout for the release of this wine. Brioche and apple on the nose, nice balance of acidity and fruit on the palate! A great “on the deck/patio” summer supper. So many great pairings: salty potato chips, seafood, chicken, cheese…. The list is endless!
Jane Staples rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

When you crave Champagne but have a peanut butter budget, here's a happy alternative - Crémant de Bourgogne sparkling wine. Made in the traditional method, like Champagne, but in a different region. Lovely crisp aromas and flavours of MacIntosh apples and brioche, with good acidity and fine fizz. Enjoy with potato chips on your next movie night. Tasted Dec. 2018
Simon Chen rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

One of the best value crement and can pair nicely with any summer food. It has good bubbles, yeasty/brioche aromas, great acidity and dryness. It can easily go against some $40-50 champagne!
Rebecca Meir-Liebman rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Crowd pleasing, simple, dry sparkling wine for a good price point. What mostly surprises me about this crémant is its texture which is almost of a Champagne quality; it is velvety and quite creamy. On the palate it is rich with lime rind, tangerine and clementines mixed with green apple and pears, there is slight yeast and biscuit at the end.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This was a lovely pale lemon in the glass with a fine mousse with a nice toasty nose. There was a slight bitterness on the initial tasting but it dissipated quickly leaving an impression of lively apple on the palate. Medium finish. This would be a great toasting bubbly and would pair well with all sorts of salty nibblies. I would buy this for holiday celebrating for sure.
