Jon Steeves rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Rich and robust, balanced Cab Sauv declared at 14% ABV. Full bodied, well balanced big fruit, big acidity and tannins. Integrating well. Medium finish with persistence of Red berry, spice and anise. Pair with roasted beef or a BBQ steak. Tasted Jan 2017. Rated 88/100.
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Nice juicy acidity, young (chewy) developing tannins, and rich flavourful fruit concentration. Lasting notes include black plum, jammy cassis, vanilla and sweet spice. Enjoy Big Bill in all its bold luster with sweet and spicy BBQ Chicken wings. Tasted Jan 2017 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

Despite the billing, pardon the pun, a little one-dimensional…
Presentation: Reminiscent of a poster for a circus sideshow
Appearance: Clear, medium intensity, ruby coloured
Nose: Clean, medium-plus nose intensity, with leather, Tex-Mex, raspberry, and herbaceous notes
Taste: Dry, medium body, medium-plus acidity, and medium tannins. Predominant flavours included earth, green vegetable, fennel, cherry-flavoured medicine, with some bitterness
Finish: Long and bitter
Overall impression: Although hailed as a “ridiculously big” wine, it came up somewhat short due to its one-dimensional nature.
Value: 4/5
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Dark ruby. Plum and other black fruit, some eucalyptus, and green grass. Full body, grippy tannins, medium acidity. The black fruit is overshadowed by a bitter green stem taste.

While the name of this bottle may over-bill its content (pardon the pun), this is good value for the price, especially if paired with earthy meals like Irish stew, smoked meats, or a lamb dish.
Nick Onischuk rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

KWV The Legend of Big Bill Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 is a full bodied wine that features aromas of dark berry fruit, plum and slight spice. On the palate a nice finish of dark berry fruit. Tasted October 2016 (88/100)
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Black currant, perfumed plum, tar, mocha, and smoke ... but not as big as advertised, but nice all the same The taste is a nice balance of sweet and savoury with the black currant and plum supported by medium acidity and a touch of fine rounded tannin. Quite a nice value, and an excellent pairing with a smoked meat sandwich.
