Tasted April 23rd 2017. Colour light red on the rim and dark red to the core. Thin legs on the side. Overall good colour. Aroma dark and red fruit. Note of red licorice. Hint of white pepper. Pleasing aroma overall. On the palate fruity blackberry soft tannin light mouth feel a slight jammy acidic taste. Short finish. This is a very easy drinking wine with crowd appeal. Great value an everyday table wine that could match well with all kinds of pasta dishes and beef burgers. Good on it's own with a slice of cheddar.
