Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This 100% Chardonnay blanc de blancs has fresh and clean aromas of green apple, pear, lemon zest and a hint of yeasty bread. Light bodied with zesty, persistent bubbles on the palate, vibrant acidity and some tart citrus notes. There is a slight hint of honey on the finish along with crisp, fresh saline hints. Lovely, bright, and a great option for a party, this would accompany any appetizers, and fried or rich foods. or you could just enjoy on its own.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This lively 100% Chardonnay Crémant would be welcome at any celebration, brunch or lunch with its bright notes of green apple, blossom and toasty undertones. It is nicely structured and the green apple notes represent on the palate. A creamy and satisfying finish. Excellent value. Would be welcome at any festivities for toasting or serve with oysters or canapes. Tasted October 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Classic Chardonnay dominated (in this case 100%) sparkling. Crisp apple, certain purity with noted yeasty aromas and flavours. Drink now or age 2 more years to be further rewarded.
Gwen Barton rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A very nice bubbly- pale yellow with greenish hue. Crisp acidity with notes of citrus, white flower blossoms and honey. Pleasant finish. Pair with popcorn and a movie!

Natalie's Review

Louis Bouillot Perle d'Ivoire Brut Blanc de Blancs Crémant De Bourgogne, Burgundy A.C., France: The Burgundian estate of Louis Bouillot was one of the first wineries in the region to create sparkling wine, called Crémant de Bourgogne, back in 1877. Crisp and clean with toasty warmth and green apple refreshment. Pair with fried chicken. A toasty Crémant de Bourgogne with great texture and mouth-filling weight. Nice crisp finish.
