From Cotes De Rhone Villages, a fragrant GSM blend with vanilla, ripe cassis, raspberry and spice on the nose. The delicious layered palate gives ripe raspberries, cassis, vanilla, baking spice, licorice and mocha. XD, excellent structure and balance with long elegant finish. Enjoy with roast meats and casseroles, or just sip and enjoy the flavours. Buy more than one bottle of this one, it's an extremely good value. Seems to disappear quickly upon opening!

Carola Price rated this wine as
91/100 with the following review:
Clear and deep red. A nose of plum, blackberry and spice with some earthy notes. In the mouth some spice notes, herbes de provence, blackberry/ black cherry. The finish is well balanced and the oak does not overpower at all. Medium long finish. Fantastic value for autumn drinking. Pair with lamb chops, pot roast and pizza.
Drink now to 4 years.

Spicy cherry, plum, and vanilla. The spice and cherry really comes through on the palate as well, backed up by medium firm tannins. A very nice all-round red meat wine, great with food from burgers to sandwiches.

Full bodied Cotes du Rhone that warms you to the toes! Lots of dark fruit on nose and in the mouth. Lots of structure and fruitiness. Completely enjoyable. Try with grilled chicken on flatbread with soft cheese and braised onions.

Medium ruby in colour with strawberry, blackberry, red cherry and cedar aromas. Medium bodies with balanced tannins and acidity, easy drinking with a pepper red fruit finish.

Medium bright ruby color and sweet perfume of fresh plums, herbs, and white pepper. Well structured, soft dry tannins balanced with gentle acidity. Very pleasant velvety mouth of provencal thyme, laurel, and a hint peppery lavender. Medium-long finish of sour cherries. Great companion for red meats.

Late harvested Grenache give this stylish Côtes du Rhône Villages a heady aromatic nose featuring candied black cherry, black berry and sweet spice. Medium bodied with a broad, velvetty structure, nicely integrated toasty oak and moderately firm tannins. A core of bright, slightly jammy dark fruit and lively spice that lingers through to the finish. Very high quality for the price.
