Melanie Aubert rated this wine as
89/100 with the following review:
This pale ruby red wine is a bit shy on the nose at first, but then opens up with each sip as it warms up. On the palate, it is light-medium bodied and boasts red cherry, cranberry, a bit of earthiness, and subtle essences of oak like vanilla and smoke. This wine has brilliant, mouthwatering acidity, making for a very food-friendly wine that will go with many dishes. Try it with veal parmigiana, cod in a miso glaze, or turkey dinner.
Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as
88/100 with the following review:
This is a light, garnet colored, Pinot Noir. With typical and delicious aromas of sweet of plum, fragrant violet and a hint of caramel. Medium bodied, a smooth wine which tastes of ripe red fruits, cherry, vanilla, caramel, toast, and very mild smoky aromas. Subtle tannins, slight acidity. Medium-long finish of little to no fruit but rather yummy cream flavors at the very end. Serve with light fish or pasta with a creamy or olive oil based sauce. [Tasted Mar/2017]
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as

Strawberry, cherry and earth on the nose with notable fruit on the palate - tart cherry predominates. Decent acidity and long sour cherry finish.
Dan Carkner reviewed this wine as follows:
Smoky Pinot with floral plum, earth, and paprika. Velvety smooth, with bright, tart cherry, and raspberry, and some mild anise on the palate. Easy going yet complex with medium light body and gentle tannins. A nice tart finish makes this friendly with lighter meats, medium firm cheeses and charcuterie.

Charred oak notes on the nose are underscored by muted red fruits. Quite tart on the palate, with leafy nuances and a soft, medium bodied profile. Quite green on the finish.

This Oregon Pinot Noir is light ruby with aromas of cherries, strawberries and earth. It is teaming with tart cherry flavours with lingering pepper on the finish. It is medium bodied with low tannins and medium acidity. This will pair well with salmon, chicken or pork. (Tasted on March 26, 2017)
Monique Sosa rated this wine as
88/100 with the following review:
This wine is overpowered by cherry and mild spice notes on the nose. Flavours of cherry, mint leaf and baking spice are strong on the nose as well. Acidity is high and racy. A terrific thanksgiving wine! ...And no, it's not how you may find yourself spelling Earth after finishing off a bottle. Its "grapes from the earth... wine from the heart." Get it? A Pinot Noir with to pair well with a variety of foods…
Presentation: Very distinctive, interesting and different (in a good way) with a seeming touch of Victorian style to it
Appearance: Clear, pale, ruby
Nose: Clean, medium nose with medicinal notes, plums, smoked Applewood cheddar cheese
Taste: Dry, light body, medium to high acidity, medium to high tannins, red berries (raspberries, cassis, blackberries) and a hint of toastiness and ashes
Finish: Medium finish, with berry and toast notes
Overall impression: A good Pinot Noir with flavourful notes that should pair well with a variety of vegetarian and meat dishes.
Value: 3/5
