Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a Left-Bank blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc done by Domaine Manoncourt. 2009 was a great year for drinkability and this wine is a good value, as it shows some insight into how a favourite vintage in Bordeaux is aging.
Medium ruby, with not much bricking for a wine approaching a decade old.
Bright and fresh still. There was some concern about whether there would be sufficient structure for long-term aging in the 2009s. Big juicy plum, cassis, and currant. Overtop, there are some great spices. Dried flower, cigar smoke, and woodchip.
This one still has life yet! Cassis and red plum come through clear on the palate. Still alive and with totally ripe tannin.
Gently decant this wine for about half an hour and put ot alongside some veal or portabello mushroom burgers.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A well structured Ruby red gem Grand Cru. 13.5% ABV yielding from Bordeaux's St-Emilion region. A great vintage and a wonderful wine. On the nose, ripe strawberry, blackberry, a hint of anise. On the palate, juicy, mouthwatering and well balanced medium plus tannins, acidity and fruit. Long finish with persistence of strawberry, anise. Tasted Nov 2016 - rated 91/100 - bespoketastings.ca
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This lovely right bank Bordeaux shows notes of jammy raspberry, plum, cassis sweet baking spice and a slight gamey/earthy character. The palate is silky smooth, with ripe tannins, luscious acidity and a long moutherwatering minty cassis finish. Enjoy this full bodied red with red-wine braised lamb shanks. Neil Phillips rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby with garnet starting to show on the edges.

An austere nose as far as intensity - but lots going on with aromas of horse blanket, dark plum, blackberry, geranium, leather, mocha, mint.

On the palate, well-integrated medium+ tannins and acid. Flavours of prunes, dates, plum chutney, cremini mushrooms, chocolate, baking spices, dried blackberry. Nice long finish.

This is starting to show some age and drinking well, but could age a bit longer.

Tasted October 2016.

Tasting Note
(Translated from the French) A great Saint-Emilion, which shows once again how 2009 was a good vintage in the region. Concentrated, tight, persistent, good freshness. Already very good, although two or three years of aging could be considered. January 2016. Score - 90. (Marc Chapleau, winealign.com, Jan. 26, 2016)

David Lawrason
This is a quite full bodied, ripe and maturing Bordeaux with cherry fruit lathered in oak resin and chocolate. Plus maturing leathery and gentle cedary notes. It has good density, some sense of richness and very good length. Tannins have softened up so drink over the next year or two. I suspect it will not improve much from here. Tasted July 2016

Natalie's Review

Château La Fleur Pourret 2009, Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux A.C., France: A full-bodied Bordeaux red wine from the Right Bank region of Saint Emilion. It leads with Merlot on the blend with Cabernet. Aromas of dark red plums and black berries. Good structure. Would benefit from 203 more years in the cellar. Drink: 2017-2023. 455667 13.50% XD 750 mL  $47.95 Score: 89/100.
