Monique Sosa rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Fresh and floral aromas with a buttery mouthfeel and prominent yellow apple, pear, and saline minerality flavours. The finish is crisp and clean with a lingering pickled ginger spice note. It's Canada's #1 selling white wine! Odds are, you ca enjoy with anyone! Tasted Feb 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Dean Engemoen rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Refreshing aromas of green apple, citrus and peach. Citrus dominates the palate. Crisp and refreshing at a reasonable price.
David Skinner rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Medium straw and clean. Definitive apple aromas with a slight citrus influence that provides a lift of complexity. A well balanced wine with crisp acidity and more dominant grapefruit and lemon character on the palate. The finish is medium long and delivers apple and citrus throughout. The top selling Italian white wine in Canada and it delivers consistent quality.

Best suited to seafood and salads but will definitely stand up to grilled fish. I would try it with swordfish and a nice gremolata.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A true classic from the producers at Santa Margherita - their Pinot Grigio is well known world wide and this is the #1 seller in the Canadian market. Clean, crisp and refreshing on the palate - aromas and flavors of apples, floral, and peach. Medium acidity. Great on its own or as a classic accompaniment to seasonal Summer greens, lighter seafood dishes or pasta salads.
Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Santa Margherita invented this style of "fake" wine...a red wine pretending to be white that has gone on to be the #1 Italian white wine sold in Canada! Made from grapes grown in a river valley surrounded by apple trees, this dry wine has fresh aromas of grass and apple blossom. Taste is light, yet crisp with flavours of green apple. It is well balanced enough to match Italian cuisine and is great for sipping on its own.

Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

This light, crisp, dry wine is straw yellow color. It has clean, intense aromas of tart apple, lemon, grapefruit, and blossoms. It is a bone-dry wine and tastes predominantly of citrus (lemon and some lime zest) and grapefruit. Balanced delightfully with fruit and acidity. The wine’s citrus/lemon finish was a medium to long. Best served with white fish, rice dishes and egg based dishes. Great wine for all occasions.
Gwen Barton rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This wine is always on hand in my fridge. Clean, crisp and dry. Generous aromas and flavours of apple and stone fruit. Love this wine's versatility. Perfect aperitif - A regular offering at my book club!
Matt Steeves rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Since its first vintage in 1967, Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio from the Valdadige DOC in Italy has become a favourite of many around the world. Beloved in Canada as the #1 Italian white wine, this easy going and crisp white wine shows sweet apple and some tropical fruit on the nose and palate. Enjoy chilled and serve with a wide range of foods from tangy summer salads, BBQ chicken and fish, seafood and sushi. Tasted February 2017. 87 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A consistently lovely wine from the winemaking family who were the first to vinify those pink Pint Grigio grapes into white wine. Avoiding any skin contact, the colour stays a pure light, lemony yellow. Aromas of citrus and warm apple. The vineyards are actually surrounded by apple orchards and this may contribute to a nice golden apple note on the palate. Crisp and refreshing, a perfect match for scallops and other fresh seafood. (Feb 2017)
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pinot Grigio one of the top sellers at the LCBO. Santa Margherita Wine Ambassador Nicola Lovato says the reason is simple- "because we invented it".

Pale straw in colour this is a clean crisp white from Valle dell'Adige, a narrow valley in northern Italy. Apple and peach on the nose and palate with a hint of saltiness. Medium acidity and a medium citrus finish.

Pair with seafood or just sip on the patio!

Tania Thomas rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

From Adige Valley stretching from the mighty Dolomites to Verona and then Venice, comes this lively Pinot Grigio, a benchmark for PG around the world. The first company to vinify white wine from pink Pinot Grigio grapes by removing the skins from the gently pressed wine avoiding the colour transfer. Bone-dry and fresh with crisp acidity and aromas and flavours of sweet apples and stone fruit. Perfect as a sipping white or paired with seafood and grilled fish. Tasted February 2017. Jane Staples rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A well-loved Pinot Grigio and Canada's #1 Italian white wine. No wonder, with its pretty nose of peach, apple and citrus notes and mouth-watering fruity palate. Crisp with refreshing acidity and long citrus rind finish. Made to enjoy with a variety of foods, from shrimp salad to seafood to your fav Chinese-Canadian dishes.

Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

One of Santa Margherita's claim to fame is to have placed their Pinot Grigio wine on the international scene as its own single varietal style of wine in the 1960s. This wine continues to be a top seller here in Canada, as well.

Bright pale gold in colour, this Pinot Grigio displays its characteristic fresh green apple, peach and citrus aromas with a touch of spices white flowers. It has a soft and dry mouthfeel and short finish of ripe golden delicious apples. Enjoy with pasta salads, grilled chicken breasts, or herb omelettes. Score 87/100. (S.Segard, reviewed Feb. 24, 2017).
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A perennial favorite that has never waivered in quality. This wine features golden apple, lemon, peach blossom, bosc pear, yellow flowers, and a hint of snap pea. 90 Points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com)
Nicole Lewis rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This dry Italian gem is pale straw yellow with hints of green. The nose reveals savannah grasses and lemon with the crisp lemon character is evident on the palate, as well as the some of the herbaceous character of this light-medium bodied wine. This straightforward wine has a medium-length citrus finish. It will definitely pair with with rich white sauce bearing seafoods.
The vintners claim that this wine is carbon neutral from vineyard to store.
