Matt Steeves rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This flavorful Sonoma Chardonnay incorporates some of the finest French oak to allow the fruit to shine with just the right amount of oak influnece to add body and texture without stealing the show from the rich tropical and orchard fruit. A long creamy finish with butterscotch, toast, and lees make this wine great to enjoy with roasted game birds, mushroom risotto, or fish chowder. Tasted April 2016. 92 points. Courtney Flood rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Deep smoky vanilla and bourbon barrel. Light spritz on the tongue. Fresh, citrus and minerality. Playful and mysterious.

Pair with sautéed vegetables in a coconut masala curry sauce
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Stone fruit, butterscotch, vanilla and a hint of fresh oregano on the nose and palate. Full-bodied with a long butterscotch and vanilla finish. Pair with brie-stuffed chicken breast. Tasted April 3, 2016.
Carola Price rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pear and tarragon on the nose. Soft. Big punch at the front but falls short mid palate and on the finish.
Pair with salmon, chicken, some Asian dishes with ginger and scallions and medium cheeses like Cantonnier or Gouda
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale yellow. Intense notes of butterscotch, poached pear and citrus feature on the nose. Opulent, rich and layered on the palate with balanced, fresh acidity. The finish is moderate in length with big, butterscotch driven flavours. A full throttle white at noticeably warming 14.5% alcohol. Definitely a food wine.
