Sweet berry; cherry, blueberry, strawberry and vanilla bean with a touch of cinnamon. Sweet burnt toffee finish. If you like full bodied, plush and fruity reds, this is for you.
Carola Price rated this wine as

Big, bold and jammy. California for the masses and a great example of what certain drinkers demand from Cali Cab. For those who like the punch of fruit and alcohol this wine will not disappoint. Nose of cassis and vanilla, black pepper and black olive. Alcohol was overpowering the fruit but the initial attack was more cassis with baking spice before the heat took over. Long finish.
Pair with Montreal Steak Spice rib eyes and Beef short rib laced with garlic and BBQ sauce.
Hold for 2 to 10 years.

This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with bold aromas of berry jam, cinnamon, vanilla and cedar. Full-bodied with flavours of blackberry, plum, baking spice and vanilla. Pair with medium-rare beef. Tasted April 3, 2016.

Deep purple color with notes of cherry, cigar box, eucalyptus and plum.
On the palate, this wine is silky, full-bodied and long.
Pair it with a Kobe beef.
Serve it at 15-17 degrees.
Ready to drink but can be aged 3-5 years.

Classic Cali CS with cassis and a dollop of oak to let you know it's New World. Correctly priced.

Priya: I could identify this as a Californian wine in a blind tasting and I am not a blind tasting expert! It's so sweet on the nose and in the mouth, full of stewed berries and very hot in the throat. People who love Cali wines will love this no doubt however it's a bit too sweet for me--words I never thought I'd say! 82pts
Alex: High level of ripeness here, pushing the envelope of the grape for sure, entering the blueberry pie spectrum of fruit. Cassis liqueur as well, and strong floral tones. The palate is incredibly fruity, but also fairly well-crafted. Some alcohol is unavoidable, but there is a herbal touch, fine tannic grip and fair acidity. Not my style, but well-made. 86pts
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as
91/100 with the following review:
Smoke, cigar box, plum, blueberry, and milk chocolate aromas. The taste is plum and chocolate with some grippy tannins with medium acidity. Great for any kind of juicy red meat.
