Alex & Priya rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Alex: Drops of peach tart and honey, windswept by a seabreeze. Exotic summer flowers on display here as well, very pleasant nose. Voluptuous, fresh and powerful palate, Creamy in texture and quite bitter as well. Big for a lot of seafood, with the exception of scallops in a butter sauce. Moving up to chicken with a lemon and herbs dressing on this one. Fine stuff. 90pts

Priya: A bit tart and bitter for me...a strange combo really. I find it hard to get passed that to be able to enjoy the wine. I would probably like it better with food, maybe a pasta in a lemon and olive oil dressing? Yes, because this has hints of lemon and lime to it. 86pts
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 81/100 with the following review:

Good for seafood or spicy dishes…
Presentation: Classic, simple
Appearance: Very light yellow
Nose: Floral, white peaches, minerals
Taste: Grass, minerals
Finish: Aggressive floral, grapefruit, grass
Overall impression: A wine with a pleasant nose but aggressive back. If you like Sauvignon Blanc, you’ll like it. If you don’t, then try another wine instead.
Value: 3/5
Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

I'm quite in love with the Roussillon region. Its landscape is so spectacular. This white's nose is very like a summer breeze, with also some citrus zest. It's quite fresh and elegant.Very dry. Enjoyable by itself, and also with seared scallops, and fried calamari.
rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Sweet floral, citrus and apple aromas. Citrus (grapefruit and lemon) forward on the palate. Quite dry and acidic, this white would pair with kale salad, chevre, white fish, foie gras and raw oysters,
Carola Price rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Floral nose but soft. Medium bodied and very well balanced. Green apple and some citrus notes with a floral overtone. I love the acidity all the way to the end. Pair with grilled fish, light cheeses and grilled vegetable pasta with arugula pesto.
Drink now to 1 year.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Elegant and fresh wine, perfect for pairing with seafood! Fresh peach, green apple, and apple blossom. Very fresh sipper with apple, lemon, lime, apple and a long dairy cream finish. Medium body.

Paired with salmon Wellington stuffed with sautéed leek and chard, inspired by recipe in Holiday 2015 Food & Drink.
