In just one word - Yum! This is a juicy, full-bodied Napa California Cab that delivers on aromas and flavours. Enticing deep ruby purple colour with thick, slow moving legs on the glass. Dark cherry, cassis, cedar, warm spices, smoke, a lift of mint and pencil shaving. The tannins are evident and shows there's time in this bottle. Perfect gift wine or buy for yourself and share in a few years. Pair with finer cuts of red meat - preferable on the rarer side. Suggest decanting if you will be enjoying this wine tonight.
