Tasted May 27th, 2018. Colour pale gold. Bubbles small and pretty. Aromas and flavours of peach, pear, perfume, citrus. Taste off dry, light mouthfeel, crisp, mouthwatering, and citrus pear finish. Easy to drink and pleasant bubbly. Good value. Nice wine to toast with. Serve ice cold. I had this wine with lunch of smoked salmon, imparts an interesting flavour to the wine and salmon. Considered ok. Left over pumpkin risotto neutral flavour exchange so ok. Fresh strawberries and vanilla yogurt brings out a nice aromatic in the wine. No problem with the match here.
Pair with appetizers. Experiment this a food friendly wine with the right combinations.

Major floral, honey, and candied lemon aromas pop from your glass. The palate showcases a moussy tickling mouthfeel, an off-dry sweetness, and a crisp acidity. Enjoy with crispy fried chicken and waffles. Tasted Feb 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

This sparkling will appeal to a very specific audience who like their wines off dry. It is pretty, clear, white and lively. Perceived sweetness would suggest this would pair with brunches with fruit salads and sweet brioches. Or try with a subtle sabayon for dessert. Tasted April 2017.

A lovely sparkling riesling - crispy, dry, fruity, and floral - all wrapped into one package - Tangerine, lime zest and stone fruit on the palate with a wonderful acidity, complimenting mousse and persistent bubbles.

Pretty peach and mineral aromas, with light flavours of peach, lanolin, mineral, citrus zest with fine mousse. If you're a fan of German Rieslings, Mosel wines, or you simply love sparkling wines, this is an excellent value. Perfect for wedding shower brunches and many happy occasions.

Loosen Bros. Dr. L. Sparkling Riesling, Deutscher Sekt, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany: Off dry but tastes less sweet because of the bubbles. Fans of Dr. L Riesling will lap up this bubbly, literally! It's fresh and crisp with lovely white peach and toasty pear notes. And my goodness, the price: you can't beat it. Is it a typo? Stock up for your weddings and big parties now. Try with fresh steam lobster and a marriage proposal. Drink: 2016-2019. 296095 12% M 750 mL $14.95 Score: 89/100. May 26, 2018 Best Value Sparkling Wine. Sensational Shellfish Wine Full Review
