Monique Sosa rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Interesting IGT blend from Tuscany...... Clean moderate aromas of black fruit, smoke and a strong mint/licorice note. Palate is off dry with high acidity, moderate tannins, satin mouthfeel and a long blackcurrant licorice finish.... the alcohol could have used bit more integration. You can definitely enjoy this medium bodied wine now but it has a good potential for aging well into 2020.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

This wine is deep ruby red and 13.5% ABV. This wine will appeal to the wine lover of slightly bitter black currant and tart blackberry flavour profile. Pairs well with coffee rubbed pork tenderloin. Enjoy 2015-2018.
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby, dried red fruit, dusty, plummy, cherry and dried herbs. Medium bodied, elegant, savory, dried red fruit, light baking spice, faint vanilla and toasty notes - nicely balanced. Fine tannins on the finish. Would have loved more concentration on this. Herb crusted roast would work here as well as pizza. Solid wine. 89+

Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas include ripe dark fruit, leather and spice with a hint of chocolate. Medium to full body and soft tannin. Lots of pepper on the finish. Great for steak.
Lynn van der Linde rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This Italian Syrah/Cab Sauv blend really packs a punch! Aromas of tobacco, cured meats, licorice, and black pepper carry through with a persistent peppery finish. Enjoy now, or lay this one down for a few more years.
rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Delicious aromas of black pepper, dark fruit, dried herbs (oregano, mint), and chocolate. Rich flavours of dark dried fruit and chocolate; integrated but still-apparent tannins; and a dry mouthfeel. This red blend would complement a steak or roast of beef or lamb for great value. This big red may lead to a sudden outburst, as the name warns.
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Smoky, earthy and dark fruit. Full bodied. Medium tart finish with lots of spice.

Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 70/100 with the following review:

Aptly named…

Appearance: Dark red
Nose: Medicinal herbs, earth.
Taste: An explosion of herbs and earth with some alcohol. Very forward in taste, with very little in the back. Definitely needs food, something strong like meat.
Finish: alcohol and herbs.
Overall impression: well named wine. The taste was very forward, not much in the back. Maybe just too young or not long enough in barrel?

Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Aromas of smoke, earth, and blueberry with some baking spice on the palate. Would pair well with pasta with tomato sauce or pizza with meaty toppings.
Wineboy rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

I seem to always love Italian Syrah whenever I encounter it. Lovely berry fruit with almost overripe aromatic characteristics showing. Big and rich style with a touch of warmth on the palate. The ample fruit gives you the impression of sweetness without the residual sugar. Pepper and oak flavours finish off this wine beautifully.
Steven rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Earthy, smoky, and spice tones, with blueberry flavours. Nice acidity and tannins round it out.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Spicy aromas of blackberry, cloves, cinnamon, blueberry and smoke. The taste is rich, with a silky mouth-feel and some grippy, but rounded tannins. This ill be a great wine with heartier Italian dishes.

Natalie's Review

Urlo (Scream) 2013, Delle Venezie IGT, Italy: This full-bodied Italian red wine is a blend of Syrah 25%, Cabernet 25%, Merlot 25%, Sangiovese 15%, Alicante 5%, and Petit Verdot 5% grapes. Each varietal was fermented separately, with temperatures and maceration carefully managed to provide distinct, fruity aromas and vibrant color. After blending, the wine was aged for 6 months in small French oak barriques. The colour is a deep ruby red hue with purple tints. Aromas of black cherry, vanilla spice, blackberry and smoke. A long and persistent finish with polished tannins. Pair with a rare steak. Drink: 2014-2018. 13.50% XD 750 mL  $17.95 Score: 88/100. December 3, 2015 Best Value Red Wine.
