This wine is brilliant and golden and 9.5?V with effervescence. Aromatics of lychee, cool baked apple pie, dominate this Sweet Canadian masterpiece. Fruit cultivated in the cool Canadian winter 2014 at -10 C ( 14F). This wine is well-balanced and is very well integrated. Smooth and creamy with mouthwatering acidity. Long finish, persistence of lychee fruit and baked apple. This wine goes well with apple crumble, apple pie, vanilla ice cream and stands well on its own with its full bodied, voluptuous structure and aromatic profile. Enjoy 2015-2020.

Gorgeous deep gold appearance with fine bubbles and thick slow moving legs. Intense clean aromas and flavours include: orange marmalade, apricot preserve, candied orange peel and stewed pineapple. This is an intriguing sweet sparkling wine with a luscious mouthcoating texture, high acidity and a long finish. This would top off any fine holiday dinner very well! Treat your table of guests by pairing this unique sparkling with a platter of aged cheeses, preserves, dried fruit and roasted nuts.

Like a glass of apple pie. Luscious aromas of apple, peach, and caramel. The taste is sweet and rich with the acidity and bubbles keeping it from being too much. A perfect pairing for hard cheeses or maybe even a really good French vanilla ice cream.

Sweetness in a glass! Ripe peaches, nectarines, apricots and apples. Mix in some bubbles and you have two of my favourite things! The effervescence and acidity prevent this from being cloying and makes you want to go back for more. Luscious and delicious -this would make a fabulous dessert wine for your next dinner party.
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as
88/100 with the following review:
Medium gold, small to medium bubbles with an intense nose of apricot, honey, citrus, ripe apple and some nutmeg/clove spice show on the nose. Fine frothy mousse, sweet and viscous with a good beam of acidity to help carry the sweetness. Flavors repeat from the nose. Almost seems to have a saline element on the finish. Candy in a glass - best for the sweet-tooth only here.

Inniskillin Niagara Estate Vidal Sparkling Icewine 2014, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Simply gorgeous dessert wine with the lift and pickup of bubbles that prevent it from being cloying sweet. Lovely aromas of baked apple pie and cinnamon dust. Sweet dreams in your glass. Pair with more of the same, and don't wake me up. Drink: 2014-2020. 560367 9.50% S 375 mL $79.95 Score: 94/100.
