Aromas and flavours of linzer torte, plum skin, kirsch, baking spice, fresh cut tobacco and a hint of pepper are the hallmarks of this delightful Napa Cab from Mondavi. Year in and year out, this delivers excellent quality and value. 92 Points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com)

The Robert Mondavi Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 is a very nice bottle. Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and spice. One palate this smooth wine features a long finish of dark berry fruit. Tasted January 31, 2015 (90/100)
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Plum, blackberry and dark fruits come through on the nose inviting you to taste. Tart fruits with a wonderful tannic finish. This wine is a fine representation of a Napa cab.
Alexandre Craig DWS, FWS rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Even after the man's death, his house style still lives on, one of the true testaments to quality Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Elegant and poised, with aromas of cassis, black pepper, cinnamon and toasty oak. Immensely structured, with a long, powerful finish. Fantastic.
Matt Steeves rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Robert Mondavi has been producing world-class Napa Valley Cabernet for a long time, and this very reasonably priced gem is a great example of that. The concentrated black plum, dark berries, underbrush, fine tannins, and integrated oak are all working in harmony making this deeply flavourful Cab a super consumer/food friendly wine. Enjoy with fine cuts of grilled steak with port reduction. Tasted October 2015. 91 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Dark ruby, currant, blackberry, mineral, herb and oak spice. Medium full, lush rich Napa fruit, nicely balanced and oak inflected. A consistent producer of premium Cabs. Drink over the next 10 years.

Jon Steeves rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Deep and dark ruby coloured, 2013 vintage of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon by Robert Mondavi. 15% ABV. Intense and deep aromatics of strawberry, blackberry, baking spice, purple violet, graphite minerality. This wine is well structured with medium acidity, bold fruit, with a backbone of integrated tannins. Wonderfully elegant, velvety smooth and aromatic, this densely concentrated red beauty pairs well with BBQ beef tenderloin.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

The nose offers black plum, blackberry and some floral notes. The palate is a nice mixture of black fruit, vanilla and some mocha towards the finish.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Strawberry jam and dried fig with vanilla and sweet mint. The flavour replays. Very nice plush California cab without being too sweet. Slight finish of baking spice and milk chocolate. Very pretty! More of a sipping wine to me, as there isn't a great deal of acidity. Pair with a few squares of chocolate!
