Mymi Thesingingsommelier rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

In 1952, Giulio Ferrari, a man with no heir sold his small Trento winery to Bruno Lunelli to continue in his footsteps and continue crafting his superior quality sparkling wines which at the time were only produced in very small quantities.
But that was all about to change.
Over time, with much hard work and a vision, Bruno Lunelli and his sons were able to transform Ferrari from a relatively small operation vineyard to the celebratory toast of Italy and the leader in the Metodo Classico sparkling wine market.
Today, the Lunelli Group is led by the family’s third generation and still abides by faithful principles.
This 2008 Perlé Rosé has been designed for the true wine lover! It combines 80% Pinot Noir with 20% Chardonnay from the Lunelli’s family vineyards on the hillsides of Trento and has been matured for at least 5 years on its lees.
Bright salmon pink with a profusion of tiny bubbles in the glass.
On the nose, it exudes aromas of summer-ripe juicy nectarines, wild red berries, a little garrigue and French meringue.
Luxurious, luscious, spicy, juicy, robust… Very fine tannins with wonderful flavors of toasted & buttered croissant and sumptuous red berry compote. Lingering and delightful finish.
Simply stunning!
Matt Steeves rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

2007 Vintage:
Award winning Ferrari produced their first vintage of Perlé Rosé in 1993 and it’s been a huge success every vintage thereafter. The 2007 was aged on its lees for over 5 years contributing to its complexity, body, and intriguing flavour profile. A beautiful rose gold colour with brilliant copper hue, the nose shows wild field berries, rose petal, candied orange, vanilla, and crisp orchard fruit. The creamy mousse leaves the palate refreshed with persisting sweet pear and flinty minerality leading the way on the long finish. A remarkable metodo classico wine that would complement complex charcuterie platters, brunch meals, roasted game birds, and charcoal grilled fish. Alternatively, enjoy while celebrating the special moments in your life that command a luxurious sparkling wine. Tasted October 2015. 92+ points. Matt Steeves – http://www.quercusvino.ca

Absolutely stunning! The Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) grapes of this vintage Ferrari Perle Rose were harvested from the vineyards of the Lunelli family. The uniqueness of the mountain elevation of the vineyards in Trento creates wines of distinct elegance and style. This wine is visually attractive with a shimmery, salmon hue and delicate bubbles. The bouquet boasts layers of complexity starting with red berries, progressing to vanilla, fresh pastry and candied orange. These aromas are replicated on the palate. Rich yet elegant with a long finish of berry, vanilla and orange peel for you to savor. It was a privilege to have tasted this gorgeous wine. Tasted October 19, 2015 - Ferrari Portfolio Tasting.
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous shimmering blush pink traditional method sparkling! The bubbles glimmer in your glass like a rush of fading fireworks. I became totally enamored with the appearance of this wine at first glance; so much so that I would love to own a dress made from fabric resembling this wine's colour.

This wine's appearance is just a teaser to how remarkable its character is. Lovely fresh floral, apricot, citrus (lemon, grapefruit), mineral and brioche notes hits the nose as dozens of tiny bubbles release from the glass. Give it a couple minutes and notice how the aromas transform.

The Perlé Rosé is aged for at least five years on proprietory yeast strains during secondary bottle fermentation and the outcome is duly noted. The complexity, for a sparkling wine, is astonishing! A rush of delicate bubbles envelope the palate with just a sip, finishing with zesty citrus and sweet roasted almond finish. Everything about this wine speaks elegance to me. I drink it as is and pair it another glass (for sharing ;)).
