Monique Sosa rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Big bold and awesome! This deep ruby red blend shows clean and pronounced aroma complexity. On the nose layers of upon layers of black fruit (blackberry, plum, cassis), vanilla, baking spice, leather and licorice. The palate is off-dry with jammy black fruit, spice and licorice notes. Acidity is moderate and well integrated with medium (+) tannins, a velvety rich mouthfeel and a long plush finish. Enjoy this full bodied new world big red blend well into 2025-2027. If drinking now definitely pair with a juicy ribeye roast! Tasted Nov 2015.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby red Bordeaux blend from select Napa Valley's Beringer vineyards. The 2012 vintage is ripe with aromatics and robust with intense depth. 14.9% ABV and full bodied, this wine shows high tannins, well balanced with acidity and fruit. Well integrated and will improve with aging within a window of 2015-2025. This wine shows ripe blueberry, blackberry and luscious spice notes. This wine is a wonderful Napa blend of 76% Cab Sauv, 11% Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cab Franc. Enjoy with AAA beef pot roast and roasted root vegetables.
Nick Onischuk rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

The Beringer Quantum 2012 is a beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petite Sirah, and Malbec is very smooth. This full bodied wine features aromas and flavours of sour cherry, blackberry, spice and oak. I would pair this with a nice steak. November 29, 2015 (92/100)
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This is a gorgeous blend of Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petite Syrah and Malbec. The 76% Cabernet Sauvignon is the backbone giving lots of black fruits and mint and the 16 months in French oak lends aromas of oak, vanilla, caramel and smoke. Full bodied with smooth tannins and balanced acidity and a long finish. Drink with rare prime rib, grilled steak with blue cheese.
Lynn van der Linde rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A very sexy little red blend! Black ruby colour in the glass, aromas of blueberries, licorice, coffee, and eucalyptus all carry through on the palate with persistent tannins and a lasting finish. Enjoy now with rare sirloin, or let it rest for 5+ years.
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby, purple in the glass, beautiful nose with great intensity showing cassis, dark berry and spice. Full bodied and so silky smooth on the palate, focused on the perfectly ripened fruit and hints of toasty oak spice and vanilla on the long finish. Impeccable balance with fine ripe tannins on the finish. So approachable now, but could be cellared for another 3-5 years. Drink now to 2020+

Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A lovely and flavourful Cabernet. Aromas are complex and include cassis, blueberry and blackberry, spice and oak. Caramel and coffee mingle with the fruit on the palate. Longer finish. Definitely a special occasion wine, would enjoy this with a lovely steak or maybe some dark chocolate after a meal.
rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

This elegant red blend has smoky aromas of tobacco, chocolate, and coffee.. The rich plum, tobacco, and dark chocolate flavours are velvety smooth on the palate but the tannins still grip slightly. An excellent dry red that could be cellared for a few more years.
Valérie Dufour rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A violet robe that predicts intensity and concentration. Interesting nose of dark chocolate, black berries and thyme with notes of green pepper. Very very well-made and powerful in the mouth with a long finale on bitterness (just like dark chocolate). Great balanced wine still very young and wild. Would be great with venison... or dark chocolate!
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of plum, blackberry, mocha, tobacco, and leather. The palate is blackberry and plum, with a little vanilla showing up as well. The tannins are quite rounded and integerated and the mouth-feel is of the soft end of velvety. A perfect prime rib wine.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 80/100 with the following review:

A big, forward wine...

Appearance: medium ruby red
Nose: licorice, pepper, sour cherries.
Taste: strong cedar, oak, pepper. Would pair well with a big, grilled steak with peppercorn sauce
Finish: cedar, oak alcohol, tannic.
Overall impression: a BIG wine that needs food. Still, I did not find it very complex in the back. It was very forward in taste.

Wineboy rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

The winemakers hands are untied with this blend, exceeding what CS could do alone. Cassis and plummy richness combine with berries and that vanilla oak note I love so much. From start to finish, a wine deserving of it's price, this wine gives hedonistic pleasure from the aromatics, very ripe fruit, smooth mouthfeel, and great balance with nothing overpowering anything else. I'd buy this 7 days a week, but save it for a special occasion. Drink now 'til 2018.
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

The nice smoky nose demands a hard cheese. A rush of cherries followed by dark fruit. Great tannins make you want to pucker. Long smoky, dark fruit finish.

Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Wonderfully complex wine with fleshy plum and cherry aromas leading to a mouthful of black and red fruit with some spice, vanilla, cocoa and cigarbox flavors. The wine is full bodied with silky tannins that linger on the long finish. Pair with a good steak.
Heather Wall rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

What a handsome devil you are Quantum?! This dark and brooding predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon red wine from Napa is plum, cherry, cassis, herbs, sweet spices dressed up in leather and smoking a cigar. Full-bodied, firm tannins and balanced acidity complete his structure. Excellent California Cab. Pair with finer cuts of red meat - grilled or roasted. Perfect gift wine.
Tasted: October 2015
Jane Staples rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Quantum yum factor in this full-bodied Cab Sauv blend! Dark garnet with delicious strawberry jam and cassis nose. A rich, silky palate gives cassis, blueberry, strawberry jam, cloves, vanilla, cinnamon, mint and well-integrated oak. Extra-dry with a satiny texture and a well-balanced, long elegant finish. A great gift wine from Napa's superb 2012 Vintage.
