A sparkling wine made in the traditional method. 65% Pinot Noir/35% Chardonnay. Dry, crisp acidity with lots of wet stone minerality and brioche. Fine bubbles and a long green apple finish. Winemaker Caroline Granger is now making wines with her daughter Maggie Belcastro whose enthusiasm for making good wines under the Grange label is infectious! #TasteOntario2016

Toast and biscuit aromas with beautiful bubbles. Nice, zesty acidity. Some herbal and vegetal notes along with stone and citrus fruit. You are left with mineral, green apple and pear flavours which last a decent amount of time. Will try this with hamburgers at my next BBQ.

This is a beautiful wine worthy of a celebration but you shouldn't wait to enjoy it! Light and delicate, this bubbly is dry and aromas of toasted bread mingle with crisp green apple and lemon zest. Bubbles are small and lingering as is the finish. Perfect for a celebratory toast or pair with a variety of foods, from oysters, smoked salmon, or other seafood to potato chips to charcuterie. Enjoy!

The Grange of Prince Edward Estate Winery Brut 2010, Prince Edward County, Ontario VQA, Canada: Crisp and toasty, with terrific vibrancy and zest. Aromas of green apple and freshly baked bread. Good acidity. Enjoy as aperitif or companion to shellfish. This wine was aged 4 months on its lees. It's a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. Drink: 2015-2017. 12.20% D 750 mL  $29.95 Score: 89/100. April 18, 2016 Best Value Sparkling Wine.  Full Review
