2014 - good
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Bright, tart, cherry, fruit, green herbaceous notes. Cherry, warm spice and a caramel note on the palate. Tart, but not sour. Longer finish, smooth tannins. Really nice, try with ribs.
Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Le nez nous met la puce à l'oreille: ce n'est pas une biche effarouchée qui vous attend dans le verre! Rustique et réconfortant comme une courtepointe. En bouche, c'est assez intense et gourmand. Bien confituré et avec des notes d'épices douces, il saura plaire avec des viandes en sauce teriyaki, ou un gros hamburger, ou un steak de portobello.

More Baloo than Bambi, this jammy wine offers campy fun and guffaws. It is nonetheless well made, and can be a crowd pleaser. Will provide a good companion for sauteed beef in terriyaki sauce, or portobello burger, with all the dressings.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

Sweet Cassis, herbal notes on the nose.
Loads of candied dried red and dark fruit on the palate, mixed with herbaciousness. Full bodied, low acidity, medium silky tannins, lengthy hot finish.

Baby back ribs smothered in a sweet and smokey BBQ sauce.
Valérie Dufour rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Blackberries and burnt rubber on the nose. Smoky mouth full of dark berries. A "jammy" wine.
Jane Staples rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely ripe blackberry aromas on the nose. Yummy raspberry jam and vanilla palate. Smooth and balanced with long red jam finish.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Continuing in the Henry of Pelham tradition, this Baco Noir does not disappoint. Lots of ripe plum and blackberry, along with violets and a more earthy aroma than previous vintages. There's also a nice sweet smokiness to it this year that almost smells like French oak barrels were used. The taste is juicy black plum and vanilla and the mouth feel is smooth and juicy. A great burger wine if there ever was one.
