A wonderful refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from a solid cool climate Chilean producer. Showing well, great acidity, structure, fruit presence. Well balanced, integrating with long finish and persistence of gooseberry, fresh cut herbs, lemongrass and a hint of citrus zest. A super value priced gem, Amaral Sauvignon Blanc from the Valle de Leyda in Chile, the nose is packed full of sweet citrus and exotic fruits, lime, gooseberry, white grapefruit, and lemon grass. The palate is crisp and refreshing, well balanced, showing sweet and tart citrus fruit complemented with fresh sea breeze minerality. Enjoy with seafood, Mexican fare, or Tuscan salad. Bright and cheery, with fresh scents of lemon, lime, and starfruit that carry through on the palate with a crisp grapefruit finish. Great with fish and chicken dishes.

Amazing freshness at a great price! Pretty gooseberry, honeydew melon, white grapefruit, and fresh ocean breeze. Light flavour of mineral water, melon, lime, and a salinity. Great to pair with fresh seafood.

Amaral Sauvignon Blanc 2014, Leyda Valley, Chile: Unbelievably great quality, taste and freshness for the price. Clean notes of lime and lemon, with a citrus lift on the finish. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the cool-climate Chilean region of the Leyda Valley that borders and is moderated by the Pacific Ocean. Drink: 2014-2016. 367292 13.50% XD 750 mL $13.95 Score: 90/100.
