I love this Prosecco, lively fine bubbles, brilliant in the flute, aromatics of marzipan, stone fruit, hazelnut and lime zest. Enjoy with a refreshing Thai stir fry, lemongrass infused coconut Thai or Vietnamese soup, or on its own. A festive season favourite. Tasted Nov 2016 - rated 89/100

Love the mousse on this prosecco! Lemony notes with hints of white flowers. Generous bubbles and some minerality on the finish. Try this with baked brie at your next holiday party.

Dry and crisp, aromas of toast, honey and a hint of citrus. Also a little green apple. Medium + finish. Enjoy with seafood,

A very approachable sparkling made a in a refined manner. Lots of green apple, lemon and marzipan, with the persistent bubbles making it very aromatic. It has great acidity and is very balanced. For the price it is very good value and would pair with just about anything.

A terrific sparkling wine choice when hosting any gathering, especially a holiday party! Sweet orchard fruit and almond croissant notes shine bright on the creamy and mouthwatering palate, making this wine so approachable and enjoyable either on its own or with rich appetizers. Keep a few bottles on ice at the entrance to your party and greet your guests with a glass of this fine Prosecco - it's a guaranteed way to kick-off your party in style! Tasted November 2016. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

This wine is 100% Glera from Conegliano and Valdobbiadenne - the highest quality region for Prosecco. The point of Proseccco is to be refreshing, delicate, and with fresh fruit and lots of aromatics. It's meant to be drunk young, though some producers make higher quality versions that claim to withstand aging up to a decade.
It is Charmat, so the bubbles ease off gently. Deeper colouration than typical Prosecco. Lemon yellow.
Tropical fruit dominate the palate. Apple, peach, pineapple, and a touch of honey to the palate.
Pair this with lemon cod, or kettlecorn.

A beautiful sparkling Proseco from the Veneto Region of Italy made with 100% glera grapes. I have never met a Proseco yet that I didn't like - and this is no exception. Crisp and dry with a fine palate cleansing perlage. Pair with an Italian antipasto platter and enjoy! Tasted November 27, 2016
