Shelley Harris rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This wine is full of a blend of peppery, smoky and floral aromas followed by cherry and plum tastes. Would be well-served with a spicy Moroccan chicken tagine full of spices of fennel, mint, and harissa!
Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

The nose evokes a cabin in the country, but furnished in a Laura Ashley style. Slightly smokey, with delicate dust motes lazily floating in a sunbeam. The mouthfeel is quite on the light side (It won't wake the cat, for sure), but not unpleasant at all. With a summer salad and some grilled chicken breast.
Heather Wall rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Perfect for Christmas turkey with all the fixings. Pretty pale garnet in the glass, this medium-bodied lovely delivers ripe red berries, cherries, floral, warm spices and open hearth smokiness. Tannins are smooth and acidity balanced keeping fruit preserved. The length is long with a warm silky finish. A bargain at $17! Tastes like $$$.
Perfect Pizza Partner, meaty lasagne, cheese plate, on it's own.
Tasted: November 2014
Astrid Young rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This wine is always right on the money. Don't be fooled by its shyness in the color department, it can do battle with almost any food, from a meatball sandwich to vindaloo (trust me on this). Really nice florals up front, rose petals and exotic tea spices. There is a creaminess on the mid palate that always reminds me of strawberry Campino candy. Strawberry and rhubarb pie, with a hint of stewed fruit at the back, perfectly ripe, good balance overall.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Beautiful garnet colour. Cedar, cherry and pepper aromas, fragrant but light. Light cherry and pepper on the palate, soft tannin and nice acidity. Another great turkey wine.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A light garnet Pinot with smoke, cherry, and floral aromas. Tart cherry and plum in the taste, with bright acidy and silky tannins contrasting the softer aromas. A nice wine for roast turkey.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

So pretty in the glass! Harmonious, fruity and quite an appealing pinot noir. Very versatile - lovely on its own or try it with mild cheeses and pates.
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lots of aroma's coming from this glass! This is a good value pinot - cranberry, plum and a touch of rose on the nose. Medium body with some residual peppery heat. The bright acidity would pair well with a pasta dish!

Henry of Pelham Pinot Noir 2012, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A rich, complex pinot noir from a terrific vintage for Niagara. This has black cherries and smoke with great balancing acidity for food. Almost full-bodied, very rich with a long finish. Pair it with pork tenderloin.
