Paired with: RainbowTrout Gravlax,Smoked Lemon, Charred Shishito Peppers and Greens courtesy of gezellig Restaurant.
Brilliant pale lemon colour, with citrus, floral, green apple and stony minerality. A honey palate with fresh acidity. Very easy to sip.

The Esquinas De Argento Pinot Grigio 2013 is a beautiful white wine from Argentina. This light and crisp wine features aromas of green apple, citrus, and floral notes. On the palate, a refreshing taste of fresh fruit, nutty and slight mineral flavours. Paired well with my smoked trout. (89/100) Tasted on October 27, 2014
Jane Staples rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A delicate, fresh Pinot Grigio grown in the high altitude vineyards of Argentina. Delicate floral and white tree fruit aromas and refreshing palate with tree fruit flavours of nectarines, peaches, some citrus and clean mineral notes. Crisp acidity, clean finish. i tried this with smoked trout and cucumber in a lemon vinagrette and it was terrific.
A great value, versatile white crowd-pleaser. 13% XD
