Very nice. This has the green, gooseberry and green apple of Sauvignon Blanc with some yellow apple, pear, and white flower added by the Semillon. The taste is quite similar, backing off from the New Zealand style Sauvignon Blancs towards something more moderate. A very pretty summer wine, although I'm trying it with a potato leek soup.

Lemony, minerally, Granny Smith apple nose
All confirmed on the palate
Mouth watering acidity, light bodied and adequate finish.
Goat cheese and arugula salad please.
Jane LeFresne reviewed this wine as follows:
The dominant aroma in this wine is gooseberry often associated with a Sauvignon Blanc. Underneath this aroma, hints of citrus and apple.
Flavours of white grapefruit and green apple and a touch of melon. An ok wine to sip any night of the week at this price.

Concentrated flavours of gooseberry, lime and a hint of mineral from this medium bodied crisp and dry wine. A perfect pair for Lemon Garlic Tilapia. Enjoy through 2015. Tasted Oct 2014.

Sometimes, you have to revisit the classics. Mouton-Cadet in red or white is available almost in all liquor store.
Nice nose where you can smell the Sauvignon (gooseberry) and green apples.
Pleasant wine. Not spectacular but well made.
Alice Kubicek rated this wine as

Bright pale lemon with aromas of minerality, melons, red apple and vanilla. This Mouton Cadet is a modest representative of the elegant expression of Bordeaux whites. Long soft finish of refreshing acidity and red McIntosh apples. Excellent value for the price. Lovely on its own or with lightly-spiced appetizers and mild cheeses, or with fresh water fish dishes.
Terry Jeans rated this wine as

Light watery yellow, almost gold hue. Fragrant floral with citrus and light green apple notes. It has some nice acidity and light body that leave a refreshing quick finish. nice with salads and with acidity that would cut through some nice creamy dishes.

Dry and elegant Bordeaux white, with mild white floral aromatics and a crisp palate of apple and citrus with herbal nuances. Long citrus finish.
