A very enjoyable wine. Pale ruby colour. Medium body and supple tannins. Medium + aromas and flavours of ripe red fruit, chassis, swedish berry candy, violets,pepper, cherry syrup, smoked meat, toast, cedar, garrigue
Medium+ acidity. Dry. Long warming finish.
Roasted lamb, meat and cheese tray.
A crowd pleaser.

Polished black and red fruit, laced with spice. This Pinot Noir has medium body, juicy acidity, and a velvety smooth mouth-feel, the flavours linger on the elegant finish.
Drink now or cellar 3 - 5 years.
Pair with lamb or finer cuts of beef.

Fragrant strawberry and dried flower petals aromas. Pleasant ripe red berry and spice flavours. Moderately firm tannins, light to medium body, dry. Oak and a bit of pepper dominate the finish.
