Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 96/100 with the following review:

First time trying a wine from Hidden Bench Vineyards and Winery. It was a nice discovery at the Ontario Tasting event in Montreal March 4 and my favourite Riesling tried at this event. Very delicious exotic and fruity flavours.
Heather Murray reviewed this wine as follows:

Starting with a tickle of sweetness on the tongue, this bright and juicy Riesling expresses notions of lime, lemon, apple, white peach and crunchy pear embroidered by orchard blossoms on the way to a dry, refreshing finish. Enjoy with grilled seafood. (VINTAGES panel, June 2014)

One of the province's top riesling producers, Hidden Bench regularly delivers quality far above the average - there's simply no substitute for meticulous farming. Their 2013 estate bottling is clean, pure, crisp, dry and firmly structured, with very good to excellent length and depth. Even though this is the "mere" estate blend, this could easily sit among the top single vineyard bottlings in the region, at a nice price. Tasted July 2014. Value Rating: ***

This is a very fine, firm, subtle and dry riesling. It needs a year or two to open, but there is quite fine green apple/greengage plum fruit with a slightly waxy and peppery ambiance as well. It is solid and well structured with minerality and excellent length. Tasted July 2014
