Benjamin Bridge NOVA 7 from Nova Scotia's beautiful Gaspereau Valley, has a light pinky-golden colour in the glass. Lightly sparkling with a lovely nose of honeysuckle, orange blossom, white rose and just a hint of lychee. The succulent palate gives floral notes, bright apple and pink grapefruit. Off-dry with great balance and a long subtle fruit finish. Low alcohol, at 7%. Could this be Canada's answer to Moscato d'Asti? Totally delightful!
Heather Wall rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This light salmon coloured spritz never disappoints me. At just 7% abv it's a guilt free indulgence. Intense aromas of pink grapefruit, lychee, grapefruit pith, and honeysuckle. The palate is sweet with racy acidity showing characteristics of grapefruit and lemon, green apple and sweet spices. Serve well chilled and sip or pair with your favourite Thai takeout. Drink now.

Intensely aromatic, this wine has notes of grapfruit peel, lychee, sweet watermelon and a touch herbal. Flavour is sweet cherry, lemon drop, and apple cider. The perkiest wine I have had in a while!
Philippe Perreault rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This Nova Scotia wine is made of 100% New York Muscat.

Delicate bubble, clear/gray color with notes of lychee, flower, peach, grapefruit, tangerine and herb.

The wine is fresh, light-bodied and long.

Excellent to match sushi, Asian dishes.

Serve it at 5-6 degrees.

Ready to drink.

As a Nova Scotian, I am biased to love this wine, and it didn't disappoint. Fragrant and floral, aromas include apple blossoms and lychee, ripe peaches and pears. Nice slight effervescence which helps to curb the sweet factor. Summer in a glass. Enjoy on a patio in the sun.
Terry Jeans rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A lovely fragrant, lightly sparkling wine. It has a pinkish hue with medium acidity and slightly sweet make this an amazing patio wine served chilled. Excellent value for this amazing NS wine.
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Yummy floral, melon, honey crisp apple, little honey, and a touch of lemon liqueur. Puckering acidity, slight effervescence slightly off-dry and medium bodied. Interesting, different and supper yummy!
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale salmon hue, this off dry spitzy wine from Benjamin Bridge has citrus, ginger and peach notes on the nose. A great beam of acidity and fine spritz on the tongue wakes the tastebuds with lemon citrus, pink grapefruit, green apple and a foral note. Long finish. Enjoy with appetizers or crispy lemon chicken. Lemon-lime spritzy apple nose
Fresh palate with a sprite like flavour and mouthfeel

Apples with Brie
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Fresh fragrances of peach, white flowers, strawberries, and apricots. The taste is mainly green apple and peach, with a perfect balance for an off-dry sparkling wine. Pairing this with fresh berries, a fruit flan or even a green salad with a strawberry f=dressing would be amazing.
Astrid Young rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Candied nose of litchi and a slightly hoppy herbal note. The effervescence does well to balance the sweetness, which is very Muscat like, with juicy tangerine and some spicy notes. Enjoy with fresh berries and cream.
Corinna Horton rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A cast of delicate rose in the glass, whispers of floral scent under toned with lime, and the crisp finish of apple, this is a wine that moves smoothly from brunch to aperitif.

Local Muscat, blended with the right whites for a balanced acidity, highlights Muscat’s light, fruity flavour. Think dry Riesling combined with moscato d’Asti and it’s tiny bubbles, for an off-dry wine with a mouth of apricot, a salty minerality and a green apple finish. That combined with a smooth, fresh effervescence an alcohol point of just 6.5% and you have a wine of surprisingly enduring quality.

Pair with Asian dishes. Thinking this would be particularly good with a Thai Green Curry or Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken. Also a natural pairing for seafood, or soft creamy cheese.
Darlene Myers rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

I am not being biased because I live in Nova Scotia, and I am so proud of what I consider to be, our vintage wine. I'm think this effervescent beauty from Benjamin Bridge and winemaker Jean-Benoit Deslauriers is vibrant and zippy with gorgeous flavors of mango, apple, passion-fruit and grapefruit. At only 7% alcohol, this is my perfect wine for enjoying a summer patio in the afternoon.

Natalie's Review

Benjamin Bridge Nova 7 2013, Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada: This lovely honeysuckle, apple blossom pleasure is never cloyingly sweet. It's also just slightly effervescent, enough spritz to make it refreshing and give a zip to your palate. It's a lovely pairing for the Canadian Feta Apetina, which can be crumbled by hand and is divine with virgin olive oil and some herbs. Benjamin Bridge finishes with pretty floral notes and white peaches basking in Annapolis Valley sunshine. Perfect as an after-dinner drink on its own when you don't want anything heavy, or pair it with a fruit-based dessert like fresh peaches and cream.
