Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as
93/100 with the following review:
I was quite smitten by its rich dark fruit nose! Black currants, plums and blackberries were doing the Dance of the Seven Veils under my nostrils. It as a very supple mouthfeel, with hints of sun drenched fruits making it appear a bit sweet, even though it is a dry wine.A very elegant oakiness give this wine a good structure. I really enjoyed this wine, which for once, costs less in Quebec than in Ontario! Would pair it with duck magret, or pork tenderloin in a porto sauce, with some mushrooms. My favorite wine of the tasting.
Philippe Perreault rated this wine as

Deep garnet color with aromas of plum, licorice, eucalyptus, cigar box and spice.
The wine is smooth, finesse and long.
Serve it at 15-17 degrees.
I suggest to put it in carafe at least 30 minutes!
Pair it with a rack of lamb with ginger sauce!
Ready to drink but can be aged 4-5 years.

Rich aromas of currant, cassis, black pepper and red berries. Very spicy on the palate with the pepper and tannins packing a punch! Great wine for steak.

Plums, black current, cedar, sage, and eucalyptus. Very complex with lots of depth. The flavour is smooth red cherry and black current with nice acidity and round tannins. The finish is long and smooth. A great steak wine.

Elegant nose of dark fruits, currant, cedar, and vanilla. Palate is silky smooth, with raspberry, herbs, vanilla and baking spices that lead to a medium-long finish. Enjoy on its own or pair with your favourite steak with a wine reduction on top. Drink 2014-2022. Tasted October 2014. 91+ points. Matt Steeves @QuercusVino

A well structured Cabernet with flavours of grilled black fruit and sage. Notes of vanilla and mocha on the finish add layers of complexity and interest. Decant now or cellar through to 2025. Great value. Tasted Oct 2014.

Black currants, eaux de vie with notes of oak and green peppers. In the mouth, sweet and ripe red fruits. Generous like a port. Medium finish and finale.
