Crisp acidity yet a richness on the palate, allows this wine to pair well with richer dishes and salads made with bitter greens and shaved gruyere. This wine boasts a flinty minerality on the nose, balanced by aromas of white grapefruit, passion fruit and orange blossom.

This 2014 SB is all about the flinty minerality, which we find on the nose along with passionfruit and pineapple. The palate shows more weight than the the Regional SB, with lots of palate-cleansing citrus lime and a touch of jalapeno. Bright, mouth-watering acidity and a lingering finish. The citrus flavours paired well with the asparagus salad and balanced the richness of the egg and truffle custard.

Citrus, juicy acidity, nicely focused beam of mineral and white grapefruit, med-light body, herbaceous, more restrained and savory than the Regional Collection, long finish. 91+ tasted Aug, Nobilo winemaker lunch.

This Sauvignon Blanc wins points for typicity. Pale lemon-green with medium +aromas of citrus, gooseberry, pineapple, floral, cut grass. Fresh acidity on the palate with additional flavours of herbs de Provence, apple and Pear. Not an overly long finish.
A great salad wine. Serve well chilled.

A lovely white wine with a fruity aroma and smooth and fruity on the palate. This would greatly complement a delicate Moroccan chicken tagine, filled with aromatic spices of cinnamon and cardamom, and dried fruits, apricots and dates, an abundance of fruitiness.

Pale yellow. Bright citrus and gooseberry with a hint of grassiness and some green apple. Apple and lemon come through on the palate with a softer finish than some other NZ Sauv Blancs, but still with nice mouthwatering acidity.

Very tropical and aromatic wine. Opens up with tons of lychee, pineapple, and honeydew melon. Bright mouthwatering acidty, lemon, and lemongrass. Beautiful and expressive wine.

Welcoming nose of ripe tropical fruits, sweet asian pear, wet stone, fresh herbs and touch of freshly cut grass. Pear, Golden Delicious apple, lime, and flinty minerality on the palate. The refreshing acidity is so crisp and clean. Wow! Pairs wonderfully with asparagus salad with soft poached egg, truffle custard, and shaved fois torchon. Very unique, very delicious.
