Fabulous Faith reviewed this wine as follows:
I am a really big fan of Sauvignon Blanc blanc and I found the scent of this wine surprising. Despite an initial muskyness on the nose the flavour is crisp and clean with mild fruity notes. Would pair well with salads, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled meats or fish.

Alex: Some funk on the nose--a bit of sausage, lime and grapefruit in the background with a touch of gooseberry and it's very flinty as well. Quite floral and pretty in the mouth, with the impression of flinty minerality with racy acidity. Lemon and gooseberry on the finish, this is a much leaner style of sauvignon. 86pts
Priya: Now I'm not a sauvignon blanc fan but this was a nice wine. Super crisp and a bit lemony however it didn't give me much in terms of aroma. It felt to me like a lover who keeps his walls up and won't let you in. I prefer mine to get nice and close. 82pts

Clear yellow color with a nose of lime, grapefruit, herb and lemon.
The wine is crisp, elegant and long.
Pair it with a salmon tartare.
Serve it at 10-12 degrees.
Ready to drink.

Light aromas including lime and a hint of grapefruit, green and fresh but not grassy or herbaceous. Very clean on the nose and the palate. Perfect for summer sipping on the patio or try with light seafood dishes.

Pale colour, initially musty on the nose, with eventual aroma of citrus and apple. Tart on the tongue with clear lemon and lime flavours. This is a wine best served with food - I'm envisioning white fish with a mango salsa.

Bring on spring with aromas of freshly cut grass and lemonade! The palate boasts flavours of lime and slightly under ripe stone fruit, with a lingering citrus finish.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as

Pale straw in colour, showing enticing aromas of pear, line, and a slight smokiness make this quite different than the current trendy New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. The taste repeats the nose, with the addition of a touch of sweet lemon. The lemon and lime carries to the finish. A very nice green salad or patio wine.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a mild musty mushroom with lime verbena aroma while the flavours are refreshing green apple, lemon and lime. This is my style of Sauvignon Blanc as the acidity nor the herbaceousness did not overpower. I would pair this with white fish tacos made with hot peppers A great palate cleanser!

Nov 23, 2014: Pale straw, shy nose with faint pear, citrus, apple, honeysuckle.
Light body, flavours of apple, lemon citrus, honeydew, not much complexity/depth but texturally, very intriguing with decent acidity and a drying chalky mineral mouthfeel. Would like to try this with oysters.
Matt Steeves rated this wine as
88/100 with the following review:
A delicate nose, that offers tree fruit and sweet floral aromas. A very interesting palate thanks to the chalky minerality, and no real presence of grassy herbaceousness which it typical of this varietal. A crowd pleasing (extra dry) Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc that would complement a wide array of creamy seafood dishes. Tasted November 2014. 87+ points. Matt Steeves - @QuercusVino
Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as
87/100 with the following review:
It seemed somewhat discreet at first, with hints of citrus and herbs.Even in the mouth at first,it is a bit shy,but it blooms on the mid-palate, so i would urge you not to serve it too chilled. It has a nice length. Would be lovely with fresh oysters sprinkled with a little lemon juice.
Jane LeFresne reviewed this wine as follows:
A very citrus forward Sauvignon Blanc with grapefruit and lime aromas along with apple and hints of pear.
Similar to the nose flavours of citrus and green apple.
Terry Jeans rated this wine as

Light yellow and almost watery colour with some nice minerality and stone fruit on the the nose. The mouth-feel is zingy and full of citrus flavors. Very enjoyable and easy drinking all on it's and the acidity would make it ideal for salads and light fare.

Pale golden yellow with mild lime and green apple aromas. Refreshing palate of grapefruit, Bosc pear, lime and oak. Crisp mouthfeel and lime finish. A great summer wine for white fish or salads.

Remy Pannier Sauvignon Blanc 2013, Touraine, Loire Valley, France: A vibrant, zesty Sauvignon Blanc from France's Loire Valley. This is an historic region that's new again, with clean, crisp, refreshing modern styles of wine like this one. What I like most is that this Sauvignon leads with citrus brightness: lime and white grapefruit (it's not grassy or herbal at all). Perfect for salads and seafood.
