Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale yellow with an evolved nose showing some leesy, nutty, lactic notes along with butterscotch, pear and apple. Mouthwatering, tangy acidity, saline mineral notes, light bodied, restrained fruit showing citrus lemon and apple and finishing with a lightly toasty oak spice. Bass/haddock/pickerel with lemon wedge would be nice with this.

Anthony Hillman rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous developing aromas of nectarine and grapefruit with a touch of butter and toast. Fresh and juicy, with a smooth mouthfeel. Dry, with fruit flavours of grapefruit, ripe red apple, and peach, combined with some mineral. Long finish. Punches above its 11.4% alcohol weight! Great to pair now with lobster and seafood, and the strength of its other attributes suggests it could continue to develop in bottle for a few more years.

Notes from Blomidon Estate Winery Website, blomidonwine.ca
- located on the shores of the Minas Basin, near Canning, in the Annapolis Valley.
- with 18 acres of vines spread over the 25 acre property, the site benefits from its close proximity to the water, as the tides and sea breezes moderate the temperature and help prevent disease. The soils are sand and loam, offering excellent drainage and the gentle, south-facing slope provides for excellent sun exposure.
Philippe Perreault rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:
