88/100 with the following review:
Round, full and fruity with a hint of sourdough, I could see how this wine would compliment a gamey meal. It’s bold for a chardonnay, yet surprisingly unmarked by strong oak, instead hints of peach and green melon make it clean and crisp. Pair with quail, pheasant or guinea fowl, one might even reach so far as duck or a rabbit paté, I believe it would hold up nicely against most small game.

Pale lemon green colour denotes cool climate chardonnay from Victoria region of Australia. Pleasing notes of lemon, lime, buttered toast, subtle spice and floral. Refreshing flavours of lemon zest, some tree fruit, mint, hints of butter, toasted oak. Long length the clean elegant finish. Good food wine. Enjoyed with the Grilled Prawn skewer at Fowles tasting Apr 8/14 #AusWineCan
Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as

This is a wonderfully smooth Chardonnay with aromas of citrus and peach. It is not overly acidic and has a very subtle oak flavour. It paired very well with the spicy prawns and wild trout served at the Australian High Commission Ottawa Fowles Wine Tasting on April 8, 2014.
Terry Jeans rated this wine as
89/100 with the following review:
This is a cool climate version of Chardonnay with zippy acidity. It has predominately citrus notes mixed in with some tropical fruit and creaminess. Lightly oaked, but not too much so it matches well this style of chard. Perfect pairing for barbecued shrimp in a buttery garlic sauce and other seafood, on a warm summer evening.
Tasted this while at the Matt Fowles Event April 2014.

This elegant, food-friendly wine has delicate aromas and flavours of lemon, apple, orange blossom, and vanilla with the slight richness of baked bread. The well-integrated flavours linger on the palate through the fruit-driven, refreshing finish.
Pair with fish such as wild trout or spicy grilled prawns.

"Are You Game?" Fowles Wines Chardonnay is a nice expression of a value-priced cool climate Chardonnay from Australia. Yes, cool climate and Australia.
Perched high on the Strathbogie Ranges in Victoria (the most southern and coolest state of mainland Australia), the vineyards benefit from a long moderate growing season with cool nights which allows the fruit to slowly ripen meanwhile maintaing that food-friendly refreshing acidity.
The nose displays an array of tropical fruits, pineapple, a touch of buttered popcorn, all backed-up by a crisp flinty minerality. The palate is a repeat of the aromas with refreshing acidity that would pair well with BBQ prawns on a patio or roasted partridge with caramelized butternut squash in the Fall (during 'bird season').
Tasted April 8, 2014. 88 points. Matt Steeves - @Quercusvino

The Are You Game Chardonnay is a lovely wine. Very pleasing on the nose – aromas of peach, apples, fresh bread, and minerality. This full bodied wine is very smooth! Tasted at the Australian High Commission Ottawa Fowles Wine Tasting on April 8, 2014 (89/100)
Malcolm Lamont rated this wine as
90/100 with the following review:
Great lively minerality on this Cool Climate chard from Victoria, Australia. Slight notes of butter but definitely more crisp lemon citrus than creamy butter.
Like all Fowles Wine wines, this is a great partner for food. Try it with lemon dill chicken or salmon.
Tasted April 8, '14 at the Fowles Wines tasting
