Molly Ziraldo CAPS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A juicy and fruit forward pinot. A vibrant nose of cherry, rasberry and plum follows through onto the palate with a soft yet structured body. There are no subtleties in this wine; the juiciness of the fruit stays with you to the finish. This versatile wine would lend itself well to a variety of dishes yet is just as lovely on its own. A perfect wine for those that love pinot with a bit more punch.
Darlene Myers rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

I love the Pinot Noir wines that come out of New Zealand and this one doesn't disappoint. Medium bodied and full of big fruit flavors, this Pinot Noir tastes of cherries, leather and a hint of oak that does not over-power the wine in any way. Terrific wine.

Natalie's Review

Oyster Bay Pinot Noir 2011, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Toasty oak on the nose wraps around fleshy ripe black cherries. Full-bodied, mouth-watering juicy and smooth with a great finish. Smoky and toasty. Terrific with a wide range of dishes. Yum! Long finish. Drink: 2012-2017. 590414 13.50% XD 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 91/100. August 31, 2013 Scrumptious Seafood Wine  Full Review

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
